Allergies
All barns contain many allergens. If you think you or your child may be susceptible to them, please come by the barn prior to registering for our programs and lessons.

Cancellations
A one day notice is required when canceling a scheduled lesson.  "No call/no show” appointments or same-day cancellations must be paid in full on the next lesson.  If riders “no call/no show” for two consecutive weekly lessons, they will be dropped from the schedule and only added on a space-available basis with approval of the barn manager. Deposits
Deposits for all services and programs are non-refundable.  Requests to transfer deposits to other BHRC activities must be made in writing to the General Manager one week prior to the start of the registered program.

Medical Release Form (required for all program registrations)
